This collection explores the overwhelming feeling of contemplating my small place in the universe. As a young adult navigating my purpose, the weight of that question is already immense—before even considering the vastness of the cosmos. Through this work, I express those emotions while embracing the realization that, though small, my place is not insignificant.

Inspired by NASA’s recent James Webb Telescope images, the fluid artistry of suminagashi, and the beauty of unpredictability, this collection reflects the tension between insignificance and meaning, chaos and order, the known and the infinite.
