2023 8 Shaft Loom Interior Weave Collection

Play is a woven textile collection created while exploring the properties of wool—its durability, sound absorption, and adaptability. This collection was developed through a playful, experimental process, drawing inspiration from optical illusions, spirographs, and interactive drawing techniques, both in an analog sketchbook and directly on the loom.

The final vision for this work is to translate these dynamic patterns into sound-absorbing panels designed for children’s learning spaces, merging function with creativity to enhance their environment.
